The Installer Shop has been an asset to the BT Redcare arsenal for over 15 years, so we thought it was only right to give it the revamp it truly deserves. We wanted to improve the Redcare Installer shop to make it even easier for customers to save time by making sure you can find exactly what you want when you need it.
Our Installer Shop has been providing customers with the alarm signalling equipment and accessories they need for many years and we don’t want that to change. Rather, we want to make that an even better experience. From aerials, to oscillators, to tools - we want the Installer Shop to be there for all your installation needs.
Our new functionality
We have developed a number of new functionalities that should make the Redcare shopping experience smooth and stress free. From being able to create your own Installer Shop account to ensure a faster checkout to logging your favourite items all in one place, we have our customers covered with our new design.
The new Installer Shop also recommends products you might also be interested in, giving you the best overview of the Redcare range and providing those helpful reminders of the things you didn’t even realise you needed.
When it comes to alarm signalling, there’s no time like the present. And so, to speed up your online shopping process we’ve also introduced one-click reordering.

To celebrate the launch of our new Installer Shop we will be rolling out a number of offers.
