Which products are on the way out?

Why are we doing it?
The PSTN lines will be shutting down in 2025, so all products that rely on this dial up technology will no longer work. The use of 3G is also gradually declining, to improve 4G and 5G services. We have already tested the use of the ATA port, which is available on some hubs, but it’s not a practical alternative as it’s not designed for alarm signalling. It would also take the same effort to cable as it would to enable an IP solution. But that’s where our Next Generation portfolio comes in.
