Recently we let you know that we would be withdrawing some of our products at the end of March 2019 because of the new European and UK standards. We’ve listened to your feedback and thanks to the date for the full introduction of the standards moving to the end of May we’ve decided to make our product changes on this date too.

What’s changing and when
The following products will not be available to order after 6pm on 30 May 2019:
- Redcare GSM
- Redcare Classic
- Redcare Classic Fire
- Secure IP
- Secure Fire IP
- Secure Solo
We want to make sure that we’re giving our customers the best solutions and products that we possibly can. But some of our older products won’t maintain their previous grade with the new standards. That’s why we fully believe that our new Next Generation portfolio is a future-proof solution with something for everyone.
The Ultimate, currently available for pre-order, is the perfect solution for a previous Classic or GSM customer. Ultimate has BT Redcare’s best alarm signalling system yet, with a built-in broadband hub, battery back up in the alarm panel to keep things running in a power cut and it uses a private IP connection and two 4G SIMs to make sure the signal is never compromised.
