Exciting 2018 Plans for BT Redcare

It’s been a really exciting 12 months for BT Redcare, launching our new brand, hosting many key security and fire events across the country and attending the annual IFSEC & Firex exhibitions in London.

Our website had a style overhaul and we’ve received some great comments about our new-look and user-friendly website. We’ve also extended our team with new expert members in marketing, finance, accounts and commercial management, to provide you with even better customer service. Check out our team here.

BT Redcare is back!

That’s what many of our ARCs and installers have said since the re-launch of our brand. It’s exactly what we were aiming for – we’re back, and we’re not going away.

We’ve been in the business for over 30 years and we’re backed by the mighty BT brand. We’re still way ahead of the game when it comes to reliable products and our renowned 24 x 7 customer support.

This year we’re continuing to work harder than ever on our relationships with both ARCS and installers – we want to grow our business, but we want to make sure we help you grow yours too.

Aside from working closely with the SSAIB and NSI, this year we’re also doing lots more with our customers. We’ve hosted successful Installer Forums with AIM and Yeoman and have more planned over the coming months with EMCS, Securi-Guard and Southern Monitoring. We’re gearing up for the Fire Safety Midlands event and the highly anticipated IFSEC & FIREX in June. So, we hope to see many of you at these events in the coming months.
