Redcare

All our products are now ECHO-ready

In an emergency, every second counts. That’s why we’ve made BT Redcare products compliant with the Electronic Call Handling Operations (ECHO) initiative.

What is ECHO?

This industry-led initiative transforms the way Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs) communicate with blue light services. Thanks to digitisation and automated call handling, Police response times are slashed and mistakes are avoided.

What ECHO means for BT Redcare

By supporting ECHO, we’re making sure our products are as effective as possible. As an ECHO-ready supplier we provide the connectivity between ARCs and the ECHO network, as well as the products that comply with important industry standards, enabling signals to be automatically sent direct to Police control rooms.
