Lead referral scheme

Welcome to the BT Redcare Lead Referral Scheme

If you’re an installer of intruder or fire alarms in the UK or Northern Ireland, sign up now to be part of our lead referral scheme.

Eligibility for the scheme:

To be eligible for the scheme you’ll need to meet two criteria. You’ll need to be:

  • an installer that has fitted one of our Next Generation Portfolio products within the last 12 months
  • NSI or SSAIB accredited (along with BRE/LPCB, BSI, Certsure and IEC for fire alarm installers). 

If you meet the criteria above, simply opt in to the scheme by filling in the form on the link below.


How will it work?

When a customer visits our site, they can complete the ‘BT Redcare – Installer finder’ form to receive details of three installers known to install BT Redcare Next Generation products (2 local installers and 1 national installer). If you’re part of our scheme, then that could mean new leads heading your way.


What happens next?

Once we’ve confirmed that you are eligible for the scheme, you’ll receive an email from us to notify you that you’ve been accepted onto the scheme.

When we launch the scheme in July, you’ll receive the following:

  • Leads - helping you to increase your sales and revenue
  • ‘Installer of BT Redcare’ logo - which you can use on your marketing materials to show that you’re an experienced BT Redcare installer
