BT Redcare home monitoring is the new domestic monitoring solution from Redcare, designed specifically to meet the requirements of a grade 2 domestic alarm system.
A dual-path system, Redcare home monitoring has been created for high-end residential sites where the back up of the additional monitoring path is required but where the maximum security of a grade 4 system (such as Redcare gsm) isn't required.
Designed to be compliant with existing standards (e.g. DD243) and the introduction of new EN standards as well, Redcare home monitoring is an ideal step up from the digital communicator where previously there was no Redcare domestic dual path service available.

How to install BT Redcare home monitoring
The first step to registering to install Redcare home monitoring is here. Simply input your details on the Redcare home monitoring registration form and we will then perform the necessary checks to set up an account on your behalf.
NOTE : If your company is not already registered as a Redcare home monitoring installation company then the initial registration must be done by an owner, partner or director of the company, or their authorised representative. Detailed information such as VAT Registration Number will be required.

The registration of a new company will take around 5 working days (as a credit check is required). Once your company has been registered however additional users can be added within 2 working days.
ARC Acceptance
Each connection order for Redcare home monitoring must be 'accepted' by an Alarm Receiving Centre, before Redcare can complete the connection.
Therefore it is advisable to check in advance that your ARC
a) is equipped to monitor Redcare home monitoring connections and
b) is willing to accept orders placed by your company.
